Some Price Comparisons

All US prices are prices as delivered to an elevator in west/central ND or MT (as indicated) and have been converted to Canadian dollars per bushel.  All Canadian (CWB) prices are as reported by the CWB as an average SK price, delivered to an elevator, also in Canadian dollars per bushel.

  1. What's missing here is what are eastern farmers not under the CWB control getting for their efforts.

  2. I’m surprised that no one comments on this fine posting. I at least expected to see a few Marxists put forth their deceptions and mystifications. It is obvious they do not deal with objective facts very well. Our neighbors in Montana can sell their grain at anytime, to save piled grain on the ground from spoilage. They may get less for it at the time, but the cost of building storage and spoilage offsets that. Since we do not own our product we are not afforded that option.
